This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no. 300/2019 registered at Krishna Nagar under Sections 376/506 IPC on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties dated 15th March, 2024 which is on record of this Court.

Respondent no.2 prosecutrix is present in Court and when queried about the nature of her allegation, she is hazy about re-collecting the facts and does not want to pursue the proceedings any further. 3.

She further states that the accused is a neighbour and they have resolved their issues.
