The applicant, in the instant application prays for the following reliefs:- "a. Allow this Application granting permission to the Petitioner to withdraw the aforesaid Writ Petition after recording necessary statement on behalf of the Petitioner in terms of the Settlement Agreement being signed with the Respondent no.1; and;

b. Pass any further order/s which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in interest of justice."
