% 16.05.2024 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. A Settlement Agreement dated 08.05.2024 has been placed on record. It is signed by the representatives of both parties and their counsel, as well as by the learned mediator.

In view of the Settlement Agreement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required in these petitions. Learned counsel for the parties state that they will remain bound by the Settlement Agreement.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petitions alongwith pending applications are disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 08.05.2024.
