Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. This Public Interest Petition has been filed with the following prayers:

"a. Issue any appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to reserve 30% posts of Office Bearers for Sikh women;

b. Issue any appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to reserve 30% posts of member executive for sikh women;

c. Issue any appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to reserve posts of President and General Secretary on rotational basis for sikh women; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. d. Issue any appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to reserve 30% seats to contest for sikh women from 2025 / upcoming elections of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee;

e. Issue any appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to make rules regarding a member cannot any post of office bearer more than twice;

f. Any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice and for the upliftment of the community."

The prayer clause contained in the writ petition reveals that the same cannot be granted by the Court for the reason that any such grant would require amendment in the Delhi Sikh Gurudwaras Act, 1971. 3.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the administrative authorities for redressal of its grievances. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
