Gangwar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has not yet approached the Paper Merchant Association, as required in terms of the arbitration agreement between the parties. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw the petition, to enable the petitioner to take necessary steps. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court at the appropriate stage in accordance with law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
