No.2210/2016 In view of the amended section 9 of THE PUBLIC PREMISES (EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANTS) AMENDMENTS ACT, 2015, the date fixed before the Learned District and Sessions Judge for hearing of appeal bearing PP No.99/2015 is preponed to 12th February, 2016. Learned District and Sessions Judge shall hear and dispose of the appeal on day to day basis. Parties shall appear before the Learned District and Sessions Judge on 12th February, 2016.
