The present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the applicant/accused Himanshu @ Golu to withdraw the aforesaid bail application, in the interest of justice." 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the main bail application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court on account of the fact that the co-accused in the present FIR has been granted bail by the learned Trial Court. 3.
