This matter has been taken up for hearing by videoconferencing. 2.
After some hearing, Mr. Akhand Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the grievance of the petitioner would, for the present, be satisfied if the respondent is directed to take a decision on representations, dated 8th January, 2019 and 12th May, 2020, addressed by the petitioner, whereby the petitioner has sought fixation of his seniority in the grade of Additional Chief Construction Engineer.

Respondent Nos.1 to 4, submits that he shall inform his client and ensure that a decision on the petitioner's representations, dated 8th January, 2019 and 12th May, 2020, is taken expeditiously. 4.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take decision on the aforesaid representations, dated 8th January, 2019 and 12th May, 2020, addressed by the petitioner, and to pass a detailed and speaking order thereon, within a period of two weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioner within three days of its being taken, at the email ID of learned counsel of the petitioner, which is provided on the record of these proceedings, i.e., adv.apschauhan@gmail.com.
