1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. At the outset, Mr. Arvind Kumar Gupta, the learned counsel for the appellant, states, upon instructions, that he would like to file a Review Petition apropos para 10 of the impugned order dated 27.02.2020 passed by the learned Tribunal in CS. No. 668/2019, which records that the appellant's suit for declaration was still pending. He submits that the Court had been informed that the said suit had been withdrawn in January 2020. Therefore, he seeks to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file another one, should the need for the same arise.

3. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as sought, is granted.
