The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:
"a) Issue a order/direction directing the Ld. PJFC, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi to expedite and dispose of HMA Case No. 2097 of 2023 within a fixed time frame (preferably within 3-6 months); b) Direct the Ld. Trial Court to avoid granting unnecessary adjournments and proceed with the matter on priority;
c) Direct day-to-day hearing of the matter, if deemed fit; d) Pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3.
The present petition is disposed of requesting learned PJFC, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi to expedite the proceedings in HMA Case no. 2097/2023, pending before it, without giving any undue adjournment to either of the parties, and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible. 4.
