After some arguments, Mr. Bansal says that he would not want to press the captioned bail application at this stage. 2, Mr. Bansal's only request is that the Trial Court be directed to ensure that the complainant's cross-examination commences on 07.07.2020 i.e. the date already fixed and that, thereafter, is concluded at the earliest. 3.
Ms. Asha Tiwari, who appears on behalf of the respondent/State, says that she will have the prosecution render necessary assistance to the Court in this behalf.

Accordingly, the captioned bail application is dismissed, as withdrawn, as prayed.
4.1 Resultantly, pending interlocutory applications shall stand closed. 5.
