The present Petition has been filed impugning the order dated 10.01.2025 [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"] passed by the learned Civil Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi which is an order in review passed by the learned Trial Court.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court with liberty to agitate the contentions raised in the present Petition before the learned Trial Court. The liberty as sought for is so granted albeit in accordance with law.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforegoing terms. Pending Application also stand closed.
