% 28.08.2020 The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing. 1.
While disposing of this petition vide order dated 05.06.2020, this Court had passed a specific direction to the Trial Court to pronounce the judgment in the said case within 3 weeks.

Pursuant to the compliance letter issued by Sh. Ashish Agarwal, Joint Registrar (Judicial), Delhi High Court and earlier Learned Judge in the said case, judgment has already been pronounced on 22.06.2020. Further stated that on the basis of medical report of Petitioner/accused, trial against him could not be concluded due to his mental condition and case against the petitioner/accused is still pending. Moreover, as per order dated 23.03.2020 passed by leaned ASJ, petitioner is unfit to stand trial, and Medical Board will re-asses his condition after six months.

In addition to above, in the judgment passed by the Trial Court, name of the petitioner is not mentioned. It is specifically mentioned that the petitioner is facing trial separately and is reported to be mentally unfit for trial. 4.
In view of above, I modify order dated 05.06.2020 to the extent that CRL.M.C. 1491/2020
petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
