The present petition has been filed by the mother of petitioner no.1 and the brother of petitioner no.2, it has been prayed on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners be released from illegal custody and be produced before a Court of competent jurisdiction, inquiring into the legality of the detention. 2.
Status report has been handed across the board by the learned Standing Counsel for the State. Affidavit in terms of Order dated 09.07.2025 has been furnished by the respondent no.2. Same are taken on record. 3.
As per the Status Report, the petitioners have been arrested in FIR No. 45/2025 dated 07.03.2025 for the offences punishable under Section 109(1)/317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the Charge-Sheet has been already filed before the learned Trial Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh in the aforementioned FIR and the petitioners are already on bail.

We may note that the matter has already been investigated by the Gautam Budh Nagar Police, and the Charge-Sheet has accordingly been filed before the learned Trial Court, Gautam Budh Nagar in accordance with the law. The petitioners stand admitted to bail. Therefore, no further directions are required in the present petition.
