Ms. Ahlawat, who appears on behalf of the respondents, takes a preliminary objection, which is, that the issues raised in the present petition are amenable to adjudication by the Central Administrative Tribunal [in short "Tribunal"] under Section 14 of The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

Ms. Raghupathy, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute this aspect of the matter.

2.1 Ms. Raghupathy, however, says that the petitioner is in need of urgent interim reliefs and, therefore, she has approached this Court via the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution. 2.2 Ms. Raghupathy, however, says that she would withdraw the present petition and approach the Tribunal if directions are issued to expedite the hearing.

Since Ms. Raghupathy says that she will file the petition with the Tribunal on Monday i.e. 08.06.2020, the Registry of the Tribunal will list the matter on Tuesday i.e. 09.06.2020 or immediately thereafter. 4.

In case the Tribunal is not able to hear and dispose of the main petition, it shall, in the very least, hear the petitioner with regard to her prayers for grant of interim reliefs.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as withdrawn, as prayed, in the aforesaid terms.
