The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of Anticipatory Bail in case FIR No. 386/2022 under Section 498A/377/406/506 IPC registered at PS Saket, Delhi. 2.
Briefly stated the facts of the matter are, on 19.10.2022, the complainant reported the police that she had been experiencing severe issues in her marriage with petitioner/accused, including dowry demands, physical abuse, non-consensual sexual acts, and threats involving intimate photos and videos. photographs, medical records, and a 16 GB pen drive with incriminating videos, on October 29, 2022. After an initial dismissal of petitioner/accused's anticipatory bail on May 3, 2023, and his subsequent disappearance, the Delhi High Court granted him interim protection on May 10, 2023, and he eventually joined the investigation on 12.05.2023. During this time, he submitted his mobile phone for forensic analysis, and medical records were reviewed, confirming the abortion was consensual and supporting the complainant's claims of abuse. Additionally, bank statements and other evidence were examined carefully as a part of the ongoing investigation. 3.
The Court vide order dated 10.05.2023 granted interim protection which is continuing till date.

Learned APP for the state submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the petitioner is appearing before the Ld. Trial Court. 5.
In the circumstances since the charge-sheet has already been filed, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing a Personal Bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of Ld. Trial Court subject to the conditions to be imposed by the Ld. Trial Court.

State or complainant shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application if petitioner violates the conditions to be imposed by the Ld. Trial Court in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that there is subsequent complaint also and liberty may be granted to raise the contentions regarding the same.
