By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to declare the elections of Shahdara Bar Association, Karkardooma Court, held on 21st March, 2025, as null and void, due to mismanagement, negligence and failure of the Election Committee/respondents to uphold the elections in a fair and transparent manner.

Per contra, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6-Delhi High Court and respondent no.7-Bar Council of Delhi, have handed over a copy of the order dated 26th March, 2025, passed by the Full Bench of this Court The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in W.P.(C) 10363/2021, titled as "Lalit Sharma and Others Versus Union of India and Others", to submit that the election of the Shahdara Bar Association, were called off due to various reasons. 3.
This Court notes that in the order dated 26th March, 2025 passed by the Full Bench, directions have already been issued by the learned Full Bench with respect to the elections to be held in the Shahdara Bar Association.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of, with the liberty to take recourse of appropriate proceedings, as per law.
