The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, challenging a mediation report/settlement agreement dated 07.01.2017, entered into before the Delhi Government, Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi Dispute Resolution Society.

It is the petitioners' case that the said settlement has been fabricated. The petitioners state that they had never met the Mediator (Mr Ravi Chauhan), and the said settlement had been drawn up in collusion with the respondents.

It is apparent from the above that the controversy involved in the present petition raises several disputed questions of fact. It would not be apposite to examine the same in these proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate remedies.
