By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks quashing of summoning order dated 23.12.2021 passed in CC No.2699/2021 passed by learned MM-02, Digital Courts, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi as well as the proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.
The petition is premised on the ground that the petitioner has been wrongly arrayed as an accused by describing him as a partner in JS Industries. The petitioner, however, claims that he has no concern with the same.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 fairly admit that the petitioner has been inadvertently impleaded as a partner and that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed. 4.
