The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 648/2024 under Sections 140(3), 309(4), 309(6), 319, 310(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at P.S. Nangloi. 3.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, vide order dated 07.05.2025, the learned ASJ has granted bail to co-accused-Sarabjeet Singh on technical grounds which are squarely applicable to the case of present applicant also.
