Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the suit in question has already been dismissed for non-prosecution on 23.11.2024. He, therefore, submits that there is no point in continuing with the present petition. 2.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed, in view of the abovesaid fact that the suit has already been dismissed for non-prosecution.
