If that be so, the interim protection as granted by this court on April 6, 2019 shall continue till the date when the ATMCD shall consider and decide the appeal and / or the stay application filed by the petitioner without being influenced by the protection granted by this court and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

The petition stands disposed of.
