% 24.01.2018 It is submitted that the petitioner and respondent No. 2 were known to each other.

Disputes arose between the petitioner and respondent No. 2 on some trivial issue which led to registration of present FIR No. 449/2002 under Sections 448/451/454/427/411/34 IPC registered at police station Sarojini Nagar on the complaint of respondent No.2.

Petitioner and the respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 08.12.2017 (Annexure-C) of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. Therefore, FIR and the consequent proceedings may be quashed.

Respondent No. 2 is present in court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI N. K. Singh of police station Sarojini Nagar. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case as

detailed above, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
