On being pointed out that a civil suit namely CS (OS) 417/2021 is pending consideration before this Court wherein an order of interim injunction has been passed on 25.11.2024 restraining Karate Association of India from representing itself as, National Sports Federation. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to institute a civil suit. 3.

The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
