The matter has been taken up on the second call. 2.

No response on behalf of petitioner, whereas, Mr. Tushar Sannu, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No. 1 / Delhi Jal Board is present. 3.

This Court vide order dated 02.04.2025 had directed petitioner to file the receipts of up-to-date payment of water charges to the Delhi Jal Board in respect of at least twenty individual house owners in the areas concerned. 4.

Order dated 02.04.2025 reads as under:

"1. This Public Interest Litigation petition seeks to highlight the problem of irregular water supply in certain areas of Delhi.

2. The petition has been filed by an individual who has stated that he is a resident of one of such areas. To verify the genuineness of the grievances, the petitioner shall file receipts of up to date payment of water charges to the Delhi Jal Board in respect of at least twenty individual house owners in the areas concerned.

3. The said receipts shall be filed within a period of two weeks.

In compliance of order dated 02.04.2025, no receipts of the payment of water charges have been filed.
