% 08.04.2019 On the plea of guilt, the offence under Section 411 IPC has been compounded and petitioner has been acquitted. Now petitioner wants to retract plea of guilt on the ground that after this case, he has been implicated in many other cases. It is not so averred in this petition. Upon hearing, I find no ground to interfere with the impugned orders of 19th March, 2019 and 22nd November, 2017. This petition and application are accordingly dismissed.
