The present petition has been filed before under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, before this Court in O.M.P. (I) (COMM) NO. 112/ 2025, seeking an interim injunction to restrain the Respondent from obstructing easy and visible access to the leased premises by erecting temporary or permanent structures in front of the leased premises or by any other means.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that he seeks to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the same has become infructuous.

Liberty as sought for is granted.
