% 20.03.2018 The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 627/2002 under Sections 498A/406 of the IPC read with Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1962 registered at Police Station; New Friends Colony, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already been acquitted by the trial court in the subject FIR vide order dated 21.12.2017.

He submits that the petition has become infructuous.
