% 31.01.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead seeks liberty to approach the District Judge with the notification issued by the State Government in terms of Section 13 of the Evacuee Interest (Separation) Act, 1951, conferring the power of "Appellate Officer" upon him so as to invoke the revisional jurisdiction under Section 15 of the said Act.
