The bail application filed by the applicant on an earlier occasion being BAIL APPLN. 3320/2023 was dismissed by this Court by order dated 05.08.2024. The SLP filed by the applicant challenging the order dated 05.08.2024, passed by this Court, was dismissed noting that the charges have not been framed and forensic investigation regarding the genuineness of the signature is underway.

The Hon'ble Apex Court, thus, considering the stage of the case, dismissed the SLP.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that certain grounds were not taken at the time when the application was filed on the earlier occasion.

He submits that in such circumstances, the present bail application is maintainable since the bail has been sought on the grounds which were not agitated earlier.

He, however, seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file an application seeking clarification before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
