The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of interim bail in FIR No.61/2019, registered under Sections 21/25/29 NDPS Act at Police Station Crime Branch. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was released on interim bail vide order dated 22.04.2020. He further submits that although the result of petitioner's son has been declared, however, the presence of the petitioner is required for his forthcoming examination of CLAT, which is scheduled to be held on 22.08.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner has annexed the schedule of the said examination along with the petition. He submits that the petitioner undertakes not to seek any further extension of interim bail on any ground whatsoever, in case the petitioner's

interim bail is extended till that date.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 22.04.2020 is extended to 24.08.2020.

Petition stands disposed of.
