The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.

Vide order dated 13.07.2020 this Court directed as follows:- "4.

In these circumstances, at this stage, it would be appropriate a) the application filed by the petitioner before the DCP be first decided by him within a month; further b) the revision petition, if filed qua obtaining of his voice sample be disposed of within a month of its filing and c) the maintenance application (CT. No.47045/2019) filed by the respondent no.2 be also disposed of within a month from 15.07.2020, on which date, both the parties/their counsels shall appear before the learned Trial Court."

The learned APP for the State informs the DCP concerned has taken a decision and has closed the LoC against the petitioner herein. However, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 is apprehensive that the petitioner once fled to USA, may not appear before the learned Trial Court as and when called.

In the circumstances, as agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner shall submit an undertaking before the learned Trial Court(s) where his cases are pending and he has been made a party. The undertaking shall be to the effect that a) he shall abide by the by directions SHARMA

given by the Court(s) concerned from time to time; and b) he shall intimate and file his itinerary with the concerned Court(s) before leaving this Country and shall also furnish his complete address and phone numbers of the places where he shall be residing during such period. The undertaking(s) be furnished within two weeks from today.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid directions. No order as to costs. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
