The petitioner made an application for default bail before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi, in connection with FIR No. 111/2024 dated 11.08.2024 under Sections 406/409/420/468/471/120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860. He has filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, against an order dated 25.03.2026, by which his application has been "disposed of", with liberty to move an application for regular bail.

without granting the relief sought, Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that the order is subject to revision before the learned Sessions Court. 3.

In view of the above submissions, Mr. Virender Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court in this regard. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submissions.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
