% 06.08.2020 The present matter has been taken up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19 pandemic. After some arguments, Ms. Shobha Gupta, petitioner No.1 herein, who appears in person, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition containing all the necessary particulars qua the misuse by the charitable trusts of institutional lands given to them by the official respondents for the operation of charitable hospitals and the alleged illegal siphoning of the funds of the said charitable trusts by corporate hospitals in collusion and connivance with the said charitable trusts. Since the petition filed is bereft of necessary averments and material particulars, the same is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly, whilst reserving liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate proceeding in accordance with law, if so advised.
