Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby for quashing of FIR No. 103/2019 dated 27.03.2019, registered at PS - Amar Colony, New Delhi and Complaint Case No.631472/2016 pending before learned Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act-02), South East, Saket Courts, New

Delhi and all other proceedings arising therefrom. 5.

Notice issued.

Notice is accepted by learned APP for State and respondent No.2 and with the consent of learned counsel for petitioner, learned APP and respondent No.2, the present petition is taken up for final disposal. 7.

The present petition is filed on the ground that parties have settled their disputes and respondent No.2 has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

Respondent No.2 is personally present in Court through video conferencing and he has been identified by IO and submits that matter has been settled and he does not wish to prosecute the matter any further. 9.

Petitioner and respondent No.2 have entered into an amicable settlement vide settlement deed/MoU dated 18.04.2015 and Addendum to MoU dated 03.05.2019.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to quash FIR as no useful purpose would be served in prosecuting petitioner any further.

For the reasons afore-recorded, FIR No. 103/2019 dated 27.03.2019, registered at PS - Amar Colony, New Delhi and Complaint Case

No.631472/2016 pending before learned Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act02), South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. 13.

The order be uploaded on the website forthwith. Copy of the order be also forwarded to the learned counsel through email. 14.

Pending application stands disposed of.
