The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 482/483 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) Issue direction/ order to effect the Office of Special Commissioner of Police, Economic Offences Wing, P.S. Mandir Marg, New Delhi, to register the F.I.R. against the Respondent No. 2, 3 and 4 pursuant to the complaint dated 17.05.2022, bearing diary no. D-1539/DCP/EOW (C1199/22 dated 17.05.2022); and/or b) Direct the Ld. ACMM, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District, Delhi, to dispose the Complaint Case No. 2505 of 2022, in a timebound manner; and/or c) Pass any such order(s) as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit in light of the present facts and circumstances."
