The present application was filed on behalf of the respondent no. 1 for release of compensation deposited by the respondent no. 2/DDA in trial court in favour of the respondent no. 1.

The order dated 05.10.2023 reflects that the application was disposed of with the direction to the Reference Court to release the compensation amount stated to be deposited by the respondent no. 2/DDA to the respondent no. 1 subject to furnishing of security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court.
