% 14.01.2020 The matter has been taken up for directions.

The petition has been disposed of vide judgment dated 07.01.2020.

There appears however a typographical error in paragraph 8 of the judgment mentioning to the effect - "Inter alia it has been submitted by the Petitioner that in terms of Section 149 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013" which has to be read as "Inter alia it has been submitted by the Petitioner that in terms of Section 149 (12) of the Companies Act, 2013" as indicated vide observations in paragraph 18 of the said judgment which incorporates the provision of Section 149(12) of the Companies Act, 2013.

Thus, the words Section 149(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 in

paragraph 8 of the judgment which is a typographical error is rectified to Section149(12) of the Companies Act, 2013 in terms of Section 362 of the Cr.P.C., 1973.
