This Court is apprised of the fact that the parties have already filed a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking dissolution of marriage by mutual consent, and the recording of statements of the parties for the First Motion is scheduled for 25.07.2025.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 further submits that the payment is to be made in instalments, and the same shall be duly complied with.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsels for the parties are ad idem that, in view of the subsequent settlement between the parties, the present appeal may not be continued.
