The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 164/2022 of PS Vasant Kunj, South for offence under Section 20/25 NDPS Act. 2.

Broadly speaking, prosecution case is that the accused/applicant was released on interim bail in case FIR No. 33/2016 in which the allegation was that 1060 kg ganja was recovered from him. Further, according to prosecution, the accused/applicant jumped bail and thereafter, he was arrested in the present case through chance recovery of 109.7 kg ganja. 3.

In the above backdrop, learned counsel for the accused/applicant contended that he would press for the bail only on the ground of delay in trial. Since learned counsel for accused/applicant could not obtain copies of all ordersheets of the trial court, after addressing partly, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial court confined to the issue of delay in trial and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the alleged procedural errors in investigation. 4.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
