Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter in Mediation. He seeks to rely upon the Settlement Agreement dated 09.04.2025 in this behalf.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the RTGS has been received at the time of signing of the Settlement Agreement, and thereafter, post-dated cheques have also been handed to him by the Respondent in the Court today.

The Registry is directed to scan and upload a copy of the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petition may be disposed of in view of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.

The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions as set forth in the Settlement Agreement dated 09.04.2025.
