The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- a) Call for and examine the records of SC No. 853/2022 titled as „State vs. Ajay Kumar‟ in FIR No.177/2022, u/s 306/498A/34 of IPC registered at PS South Rohini, New Delhi pending before the Court of Sh. Babru Bhan, ASJ-03, North-West, Rohini Courts, New Delhi;
