By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the complaint, being CT Case No. 1656/2022 titled 'Mala Kathuria vs. Nitin Sachdeva', pending before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class-04, Saket Courts. The petitioner further seeks quashing of the summoning order dated 10.01.2025 passed in the said case and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.
