The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:
[a] pass an order as to issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other writ, thereby quashing / modifying the impugned an order dated
11. 10. 2021 which has been passed by learned an order dated Authority, under The Delhi Shops & Establishment Act, 1954, Labour Department, Govt. of N.C.T of Delhi, South - West District, Pratap Nagar, Hari Nagar, New Delhi - 110064 in No: - SE - 15,17,18 & 21/SWD/2021/9416-21 titled as Shri Vaseem Khan & Other versus M/S. Abdiel Aircon.
[b] issue a declaration forth with that the aforementioned passed impugned an order passed by learned authority against the petitioner is illegal, invalid, and void- ab- initio. [c] issue rule nisi in terms of prayers (a) to (b) mentioned here in above.
[d] summon the judicial record as to the impugned an order dated
