Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner's offer to pay a sum of Rs.3,58,310/- to the respondent (excluding TDS) against full and final settlement of the respondent's claim is acceptable to him. 2.
In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by respondent, we dispose of the petition alongwith the pending application, by directing that upon the petitioner paying a sum of Rs. 3,58,310/- to the respondent, after deducting TDS on the said amount, the impugned order dated 29.11.2010 passed by the learned Tribunal in TA No. 1330/2009 will no longer be enforceable. Payment in terms of this order will be made to the respondent within two weeks making it clear that after receipt of the aforesaid amount, the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. respondent will have no surviving claim against the petitioner. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he will furnish the bank details of the respondent to the learned counsel for the petitioner within two days and pray that the petitioner be directed to remit the amount directly to the bank account of the respondent. Mr. Dhawan, learned counsel for the petitioner assures the Court that the amount, in terms of this order, will be remitted to the bank account of the respondent within the time granted by this Court.
