Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice for the disposal of this writ petition if the same is treated as a representation to the Government of NCT of Delhi and decided in accordance with law in a time bound schedule. 2.
Mr. Rahul Mehra, learned Standing Counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi submitted that there is already a mobile application developed by the Government of NCT of Delhi wherein the data is to be uploaded by the concerned hospital and therefore all care will be taken by the Government hospitals of both Centre and State as well as by the private hospitals. However, looking to the latest development of the fact that now the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi has already issued an order dated 8th June, 2020 thereby directing all departments and authorities concerned of NCT of Delhi to ensure that monitoring/treatment is not denied to any patient on the ground of not being a resident of NCT of Delhi, the prayer (a) of the writ petition stands resolved.
4.
Having heard the counsel for both the sides, as far as other prayers in the writ petition are concerned, we hereby direct the concerned respondent authority to treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the same in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy applicable to the facts of the present case as early as possible and practicable. 5.
With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. CHIEF JUSTICE PRATEEK JALAN, J JUNE 09, 2020/ns W.P.(C) No.3408/2020
