Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that Trial Court has disposed of the application for interim maintenance in terms of order dated 30.06.2020 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, the present petition does not survive and accordingly he seeks leave to withdraw the same. He, however, submits that respondent has still not started paying the amount in terms of the order and he reserves his right to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that respondent has come to know of the order and without prejudice to his rights and remedies he shall abide by the same. 5.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 6.
