The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent/MCD to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out at property bearing No. L-33, Vijay Chowk, Near Beni Sweet, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 ('subject property'). 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that various complaints have been sent to MCD as well as the concerned SHO, regarding the unauthorized construction.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-MCD submits that officials of MCD have inspected the subject property and no construction is being carried out at property no. L-33, i.e. the subject property. The construction is being carried out at L-34, Vijay Chowk, Near Beni Sweet, W.P.(C) 5572/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It has been stated that the petitioner lives nearby. However, no averments have been made as to how the petitioner is being affected by alleged construction.

In view of the submissions by the counsel for respondent-MCD that no unauthorised construction is being carried out at the subject property, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition and the same is dismissed.
