% 29.01.2025 During the course of submissions, both the parties have very fairly submitted that objections filed by the Judgment Debtor are yet pending adjudication before the learned Executing Court. However, while the same were pending adjudication, the impugned order dated 19.04.2023 was passed by the learned Court.

Both the parties have also very fairly submitted that adjudication of objections already on the record, filed by the appellant are required to be adjudicated.

In these circumstances, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Executing Court with the direction to decide the objections filed by the appellant on the record in accordance with the law.
