The present appeal has been filed under Section 104 read with Order XLIII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter "CPC") against the Order dated 27.02.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in I.A. No. 5591/2026 in suit bearing CS(OS) No. 188/2026 titled as Ankur Galhotra v. the learned Single Judge did not grant the ad-interim relief to the appellant/plaintiff under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC. 5.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the grievance of the appellant will be sufficiently met in case the injunction application is heard and decided by the learned Single Judge expeditiously.

We hope and trust that the learned Single Judge shall proceed and decide the injunction application expeditiously. 7.

In view of the above, the appeal along with pending application, stands disposed of.
